   Order at the counter. Pointing or English is fine; menus have pictures.

   Pick a size

   Sizes are Short / Tall / Grande / Venti. Japan-only seasonal Frappuccinos (sakura, matcha) are popular.

   Order a drink

   トールのラテをお願いします

   Tooru no rate o onegai shimasu

   A tall latte, please.

3. 03

   For here or to go

   You will be asked: drink in (mug) or take out (paper cup).

4. 04

   Pay and pick up

   Card, IC, cash, and the mobile app work. Pick up at the counter when your name or number is called. Most have Wi-Fi and power outlets.
