Getting from the airport to the city

Step by step

   Which airport

   Tokyo has Narita (far) and Haneda (close). Osaka is Kansai International (KIX).

2. 02

   From Narita

   Keisei Skyliner (fastest to Nippori/Ueno) or JR N'EX (direct to Shinjuku/Tokyo/Yokohama). Limousine buses too.

3. 03

   From Haneda

   Tokyo Monorail (to Hamamatsucho) or Keikyu (to Shinagawa, through to Toei lines). Close to the center and fast.

4. 04

   From Kansai (KIX)

   Nankai Rapi:t (to Namba) or JR Haruka (to Tennoji/Shin-Osaka/Kyoto).

5. 05

   Tickets

   Buy at machines or the window. Many lines also take IC cards. With lots of luggage, consider a limousine bus or taxi.
